★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência está sendo péssima. Meu orçamento foi feito em início de fevereiro, com data de entrega pra 12/03. Até hoje não fez a entrega dos armários. Sempre entro em contato para saber o que aconteceu, marca outra data, mas não aparece. Estou indignada!
Atendimento muito ruim! O produto pode até ser bom, ainda não posso dizer, mas compromisso é uma atitude que eles não conhecem. Hoje, dia 21 de abril, ainda estou esperando o restante da montagem dos meus armários. Fico indignada com a falta de compromisso, responsabilidade e respeito por parte da RL. Não recomendo.
My experience is being terrible. My budget was made in early February, with delivery date for 12/03. Until today, he did not deliver the cabinets. I always get in touch to find out what happened, set another date, but it doesn't show up. I'm outraged!
Very bad service! The product may be good, I can't say yet, but commitment is an attitude they don't know about. Today, April 21st, I am still waiting for the rest of the assembly of my cabinets. I am outraged by the lack of commitment, responsibility and respect on the part of RL. I do not recommend.
