★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após dois dias percorrendo as assistências no bairro de pau da Lima e nenhuma tinha técnico disponível para resolver o problema o tempo mínimo para avaliar e tentar resolver era de no mínimo 5 dias úteis ( tempo que eu não poderia esperar), me falaram da Em Tech. Fui fazer a última tentativa,( que bom que eu fui) chegando na loja fui muito bem recebida,pela recepcionista que chamou o tec e em menos de 10 minutos ele explicou o problema e disse que resolvia, (logo me preocupei com o tempo) porém ele disse que no máximo 2 dias úteis resolvia, era 10hrs do dia 21/01/2021 resolvi deixar pois precisava resolver, e para minha surpresa as 17:40 minutos do mesmo dia 21/012021 meu celular toca,era da Em para ir buscar o notebook que já estava pronto.o prazo de 2 dias virou 5horas. Recebi meu aparelho com o problema resolvido. Superou as minhas expectativas. Além do atendimento pessoal excelente a loja é toda informatizada que nos da segurança.

 After two days going through the assistance in the neighborhood of pau da Lima and none had a technician available to solve the problem, the minimum time to evaluate and try to solve it was at least 5 working days (time I couldn't wait), they told me about Em Tech . I went to make the last attempt, (how good I was) arriving at the store I was very well received, by the receptionist who called tec and in less than 10 minutes he explained the problem and said he would solve it (soon I worried about the time) but he said that at most 2 working days would solve it, it was 10hrs of the day 21/01/2021 I decided to leave because I needed to solve it, and to my surprise at 17:40 minutes of the same day 21/012021 my cell phone rings, it was Em to go pick up the notebook that was already ready. The period of 2 days became 5 hours. I received my device with the problem resolved. It exceeded my expectations. In addition to the excellent personal service, the store is all computerized, which gives us security.
