Comprei um apto e devido à pandemia atrasamos várias parcelas da entrada que somam 13mil em contato com eles pra quitação eles incluíram juros + multa + juros + juros que foi pra quase 17mil e eles falaram que não podem fazer nada que está no Jurídico!
Ja tentei contato várias vezes e eles nunca negociaram nada sem enfiar a mão nos juros pois assinamos contrato né!!
Uma falta de respeito!
Não estão nem aí pro cliente! Pelo contrário! Fazem o possível para não conseguimos pagar né!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São péssimos no relacionamento com o cliente, não são transparentes em nada, uma enrolação, demoraram 4 meses para responder meu e-mail, a única coisa que não atrasam é na cobrança, mais garantir a entrega das chaves nada.
Enfim... Não recomendo.
They are terrible in customer relationships, they are not transparent at all, a fuss, they took 4 months to respond to my email, the only thing they don't delay is in the collection, but nothing to guarantee the delivery of the keys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obra entregue muito atrasada, muitas pendências que não são respondidas. Piso cedendo, elevador sempre com problema, piscina com problema, falta de coisas que tinham no projeto. Promessas infundadas e péssimo atendimento . NÃO RECOMENDO, existem outras opções no mercado com preço justo e atendimento que não deixa a desejar.
Work delivered very late, many pending issues that are not answered. Sagging floor, elevator always with problems, swimming pool with problems, lack of things they had in the project. Unfounded promises and bad service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, there are other options on the market with a fair price and service that leaves nothing to be desired.

No momento de comprar ficam no pé, depois que assina o contrato ja era, não dao nenhuma informação sobre a obra. Mas os boletos da entrada e a evolução de obra nunca deixam de chegar
