Da segunda vez o tratamento foi um pouco melhor porque pagamos consulta particular, das outras duas vezes foram avaliação pra fazer cirurgia de catarata pelo SUS. Parece que estão nos fazendo um favor.
Eu pedi uma simples informação de quando minha mãe irá fazer a cirurgia pelo sus através de lá , em que posição ela está e a atendente simplesmente disse que tem que aguardar. Perguntei se ela não tinha uma previsão, porque faz meses, ela disse que não, que não tinha previsão e super mal educada.
Terrible service. Both over the phone and in person, I've been there 3 times so I know very well what I'm talking about. The second time the treatment was a little better because we paid for a private consultation, the other two times they were evaluated for cataract surgery by the SUS. Looks like they're doing us a favor.
I asked for simple information about when my mother will have the surgery through the sus through there, what position she is in and the attendant simply said she has to wait. I asked if she didn't have a prediction, because months ago, she said no, she didn't have a prediction and super rude.
