★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Ligo tentando obter informações e fico em espera até terem a boa vontade de atender, são grossos e mal preparados. Pago para ter q atravessar a cidade p pegar um ônibus que só passa em um ponto por causa da qtd de alunos, mas a mensalidade é a mesma independente dos alunos irem ou nao, tenho aula em Araraquara as 19h, o ônibus sai de matao as 18h50 e corre como um louco na pista. Ja que nao vai passar nos pontos pelo menos saia no horário correto!
Terrible! I call trying to get information and I wait until they have the good will to answer, they are thick and poorly prepared. I pay to have to cross the city to take a bus that only passes at one point because of the number of students, but the monthly fee is the same regardless of whether students go or not, I have a class in Araraquara at 7pm, the bus leaves from matao as 6:50 pm and runs like crazy on the track. Since you will not pass the points at least leave at the correct time!

Poderiam dar um jeito nisso.
