★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu Xbox no dia 28.03, antes do isolamento. Liguei depois de alguns dias e quem me atendeu falou que o técnico nem tinha pego no vídeo game. Agora com a loja fechada como é que eu faço para pegar o Xbox mesmo sem conserto. O fixo não atende e não tenho nenhum outro contato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Recebeu meu vídeo game. Não olhou direito o defeito. Me mandou ir no centro em plena época de pandemia para comprar uma fonte que não resolveu meu problema. Me arrisquei a toa. Quando liguei para dizer que o problema não tinha sido resolvido mandou levar o console para avaliação. Mas isso eu já tinha feito da primeira vez. Comprei fonte e kit charge e estão aqui sem utilidade devido a incompetência e falta de profissionalismo. Fora o risco de contrair Covid a que fui exposto tendo que rodar pelo centro da cidade. SUPER NÃO RECOMENDO!
