Quando chegamos na conclusão da negociação, apareceram com outra pessoa interessada.
Falta de ética e profissionalismo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um péssimo negócio ao ter fechado contrato com essa imobiliária, eles não dão suporte ao cliente, visam apenas o próprio lucro, funcionários que não sabem lidar com o cliente, sem ética profissional nenhuma.
I made a bad deal when I signed a contract with this real estate company, they don't support the customer, they only aim for their own profit, employees who don't know how to deal with the customer, without any professional ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma experiência péssima, me cobraram taxas que eram de responsabilidades deles por lei e mesmo depois de explicar vieram me dizer que eu estava errada, sem contar que tentaram me cobrar acima do que estava previsto no documento que os próprios mandaram, além de estarem fechando contrato com outro cliente DURANTE a minha contratação, são totalmente sem ética e profissionalismo algum, fujam dessa imobiliária, tem outras muito melhores e mais competentes por Resende e região.
I had a bad experience, they charged me fees that were their responsibility by law and even after explaining they came to tell me that I was wrong, not to mention that they tried to charge me more than what was foreseen in the document they sent, in addition to closing contract with another client DURING my hiring, they are totally without ethics and professionalism, run away from this real estate agency, there are much better and more competent ones in Resende and region.
