★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro em janeiro de 2021, veículo aparentemente estado de semi-novo, um dia depois que tirei da loja, começou a dor de cabeça, barulho no motor quando frio, quando aquece some, pneus estavam cortados pela parte de dentro da roda, essas coisas não dá pra ver sem avaliar fora da loja, quiser levar para fazer um laudo cautelar, porém não deixaram pois alegaram que eles tinha o laudo, quando pedi uma cópia me enrolaram e até hoje não me entregaram, eles dizem que só dão garantia de motor e câmbio, se fundir. Loja péssima, ridículo, só querem vender, não existe compromisso com o cliente, não atendem telefone. Infelizmente nunca mais irei fechar negócio nesse covio.
I bought a car in January 2021, the vehicle was apparently like new, the day after I took it out of the store, the headache started, engine noise when cold, when it warms up it disappears, tires were cut on the inside of the wheel, you can't see these things without evaluating them outside the store, you want to take them to make an injunction report, but they didn't let them because they claimed they had the report, when I asked for a copy they tricked me and until today they didn't deliver it to me, they say they only give a guarantee of engine and gearbox, merge. Terrible, ridiculous store, they just want to sell, there is no commitment to the customer, they don't answer the phone. Unfortunately, I will never do business with this den again.

Comprei um carro cheio de defeitos nessa loja que infelizmente percebi no segundo dia de uso, CAMBIO COM DEFEITO NA EMBREAGEM QUE INCLUSIVE ME VENDERAM FALANDO QUE O CARRO ERA AUTOMÁTICO POR FIM COM ESSE PROBLEMA DESCOBRIR QUE O CAMBIO INFELIZMENTE É AUTOMATIZADO fora o defeito no freio de mão e amortecedores, que não deixei de informar o vendedor Rafael sobre os defeitos do carro e o mesmo me informou que a garantia seria apenas motor e cambio. CARRO Mal revisado para ser vendido. POR FIM MINHA GARANTIA acabou por tanta INRROLAÇAO e infelizmente na loja meu problema não foi resolvido e quando o cliente perde a paciência simplesmente mandam o cliente calar a boca e procurar os seus direitos é muita falta de caráter e respeito com o cliente ... E infelizmente pra postar minha indignação tenho que dar uma estrela pois nem uma essa loja merece

I bought a car full of defects in this store that unfortunately I noticed on the second day of use, GEAR WITH DEFECT IN THE CLUTCH WHICH INCLUDED ME SOLD SAYING THAT THE CAR WAS AUTOMATIC BY END WITH THIS PROBLEM DISCOVERING THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS UNFORTUNATELY AUTOMATED apart from the defect in the brake hand and shock absorbers, that I did not fail to inform the seller Rafael about the car's defects and he informed me that the warranty would only be engine and transmission. CAR Badly revised to be sold. FINALLY MY GUARANTEE ended with so much INROLACTION and unfortunately in the store my problem was not solved and when the customer loses patience they simply tell the customer to shut up and seek their rights is a lot of lack of character and respect for the customer... AND unfortunately to post my indignation I have to give one star because this store doesn't even deserve one
