★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 02/10/2019 comprei uma moto HONDA modelo CG TITAN 160 EX na agência ROBSONS MOTOS em Votorantim, no valor de R$9.500,00.
No dia da compra o vendedor levou a moto para encher os pneus, ate então aparentemente a moto estava em bom estado. Uma semana após a compra o pneu veio a murchar e também o acelerador começou a apresentar problema, ele estava travando conforme virava o guidão, entrei em contato com a agência expliquei o acontecido e me pediram para ir ate lá, para realizar o concerto. Colocaram uma câmera num pneu que não se utiliza câmera, e regularam o acelerador, nenhuma peça trocada. Mais uma semana se passou e o pneu murchou novamente, voltei na agência e mais uma vez a câmera foi substituída por outra, aparentemente problema resolvido.
Mais ou menos dez dias se passaram e eu fui lavar a moto, tirei o banco para limpar melhor e fui surpreendido com varias peças da moto quebrada, a rabeta traseira do lado esquerdo esta quebrada, a tampa de proteção da bateria esta quebrada e o par de alças onde o garupa segura também esta quebrado, tirei fotos e no dia seguinte fui com meu pai na agência, mostrei as fotos das peças quebradas, e então perguntei para ele como poderíamos resolver isso, ele me disse que só trocaria as peças se entrasse uma moto da mesma marca do mesmo ano e da mesma cor até então concordamos já que queríamos resolver o problema, então meu pai pediu um prazo pra ele, para ter uma ideia de quanto tempo demoraria para trocar as peças, ele ficou irritado e começou a aumentar a voz, dizendo que não daria um prazo, pois não sabia quando poderia entrar uma moto igual, em seguida meu pai perguntou se as peças novas era assim tão caro, ele disse que só arrumaria a moto nas condições que ele ofereceu substituindo as peças quebradas por peças usadas de outra moto, meu pai discordou, pois não poderia ficar na espera de uma coisa que poderia não acontecer, ele insistiu dizendo que não daria um prazo e que não é obrigação dele fazer isso, pois a garantia só cobre motor e cambio, meu pai rebateu dizendo que era sim obrigação dele, pois a moto saiu dela com as peças quebradas e exigiu à nota fiscal, nesse momento ele se exaltou falando que ele não dá nota fiscal, pois a moto não estava no nome dele e ainda falou que não trocaria mais nada e se quisesse poderíamos procurar nossos direitos, pois ele paga advogado por mês pra isso mesmo e ele iria pagar daqui cinco a seis anos quando o juiz decretar e só ia pagar como ele quisesse, meu pai falou que ele tinha que dar a nota fiscal, pois nos estávamos comprando da loja, e ele repetiu para a gente procurar nossos direitos e ele entrou na agência e deixou nos falando sozinho.

Another week passed and the tire flattened again, I returned to the agency and once again the camera was replaced by another, apparently problem solved.
About ten days went by and I went to wash the bike, took the seat off to clean it better and was surprised by several parts of the broken bike, the left rear tailgate is broken, the battery cover is broken and the pair of handles where the croup holds is also broken, I took pictures and the next day I went with my father to the agency, showed the pictures of the broken pieces, and then asked him how we could solve this, he told me he would only change the pieces if he entered a bike of the same brand of the same year and the same color so far we agreed since we wanted to solve the problem, so my dad asked him for a deadline to get an idea of how long it would take to change the parts, he got angry and started to raise his voice saying he wouldn't give a deadline because he didn't know when an equal motorcycle could get in, then my dad asked if the new parts were that expensive he said he would only fix the motorcycle under the conditions he offered replacing the broken parts with used parts of another motorcycle, my father disagreed, because he could not wait for something that could not happen, he insisted that would not give a deadline and that it is not his obligation to do so, because the warranty only covers engine and gear, my father said that it was his obligation, because the bike came out of her with broken parts and demanded the invoice, at that moment he was exalted saying that he does not give invoice, because the bike was not in his name and said he would not trade anything else and if we wanted we could look for our rights, because he pays lawyer per month for that and he would pay in five to six years when the judge decreed and would only pay as he wanted, my father He said he had to give us the invoice, because we were buying from the store, and he told us to look for our rights and he went into the agency and left us talking to himself.
