★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste. Vim fazer uma simples remoção de fumê que levou mais de uma hora. O rapaz parava todo instante e inclusive parou pra fumar. Não indico nunca um lugar desses.
 Sad. I came to do a simple smoke removal that took over an hour. The boy stopped all the time and even stopped to smoke. I never indicate such a place.

Sai com ainda com o problema, não irei voltar por conta desse tipo de tratamento ao cliente.
Falaram que se o problema existir pode voltar que irão resolver: excelente isso.
mas afirmar que resolveu sem resolver mesmo de fato, não dá para confiar mais.
They didn't solve my problem and at the end of the day they tried to send AHHH and this here, they push the incorrect solution.
I left with the problem still, I will not come back because of this type of customer treatment.
They said that if the problem exists, it can come back and they will solve it: that's excellent.
but to say that it solved without actually solving it, you can't trust it anymore.
