★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende o telefone por nada. Eu estava no mecânico. Precisando de uma informação da peça do carro. E fiquei mais de 30min tentando falar no fixo. E nada. Depois entrei no site para ver se o telefone estava certo e estava. Aí tentei falar com o vendedor por zap. Também demorava para responder. Quando fui pessoalmente na loja. Eu vi. O telefone tocando e ninguém atende. Aí uma pessoa chamou uma outra para atender...a pessoa fala. É número de marketing...Espera aí...como ele sabia? Então quer dizer...todos os números ele deduz marketing? E foi por isso que não fui atendida pelo telefone? Está na hora de pensar no atendimento ao telefone. Deixar clientes na " mão" por não atender o telefone. Imaginando que tudo é Marketing.... Reavaliem sobre isso. Pq clientes agora...virou marketing de todos os telefones?
 Doesn't answer the phone for anything. I was at the mechanic. Needing car part information. And I spent more than 30min trying to get through to the landline. It's nothing. Then I went to the site to see if the phone was right and it was. Then I tried to talk to the seller by zap. It also took a while to respond. When I went to the store in person. I saw. The phone rings and no one answers. Then one person called another to answer...the person speaks. It's a marketing number...Wait a minute...how did he know? So you mean...all the numbers he deducts marketing? And that's why I didn't get a phone call? It's time to think about answering the phone. Leaving customers in the "hand" for not answering the phone. Imagining that everything is Marketing.... Re-evaluate on that. Why customers now... has it become marketing for all phones?
