★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito dos funcionários, são muitos atenciosos, te mostram alguns problemas que o carro apresenta, te dão opção de trocar a peça defeituosa, te mostrando uma sem defeito, sem exigência para fazer a troca, além de te mostrar os serviços que estão sendo realizados para evitar qualquer dúvida.
I really liked the staff, they are very attentive, show you some problems that the car presents, give you the option to replace the defective part, showing you a defect, no requirement to make the change, and show you the services that are being performed to avoid any doubt.

Lousy and dishonest. Run away from that place. Misleading propaganda, act in bad faith. They condemn unnecessary parts on the grounds that tires can be a problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propaganda enganosa. Prometem o serviço de graça na compra dos pneus no Extra porém fazem várias coisas diferentes e depois cobram a mais do que o combinado. Não existe nada de graça, na dúvida fujam, ou vc paga ou ganha um serviço péssimo.
Misleading advertising. They promise a free service when buying tires at Extra, but they do several different things and then charge more than what was agreed. There is nothing for free, when in doubt run away, or you pay or earn a terrible service.

Prices of parts are very salty, dishonest employees and liars. Worst company in the region, if you can not attend, do it because you will get stressed.

Fui fazer minha troca de pneu e alinhamento grátis e obviamente condenaram milhares de peças (como em vários comentários podemos ver q é recorrente) de um carro que não tem problema. Dizendo até a típica frase de que o pneu poderia explodir. Vendedores fazendo isso acabam trazendo desconfiança. Péssimo alinhamento e preços abusivos. 4 bicos para pneu 60 reais!! Hahahahah
Sai de lá e fui direto a um profissional de confiança fazer os alinhamentos, balanceamento e cambagem. Fazendo isso perdem cliente!
Great place just for those who like to be curled up. I went to do my free tire change and alignment and obviously they ordered thousands of parts (as in several reviews we can see q is recurrent) of a car that has no problem. Even saying the typical phrase that the tire could explode. Sellers doing this end up bringing distrust. Bad alignment and abusive pricing. 4 nozzles for 60 real tires!! hahahahah
I left there and went straight to a trusted professional to do the alignments, balancing and cambering. By doing this they lose customer!
