★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido do restaurante era pra chegar 00:30 a 00:40, pedi uma pizza e duas garrafas de vinho santa helena, quase 200 reais, no entanto o pedido chegou meia hora atrasado e a pizza chegou em estado deploravel, toda revirada e desmanchada, tirei foto pra no dia seguinte reclamar ja que eram mais de 1 hora da manha... no dia seguinte a atendente me informou por audio via wpp que eu deveria me comunicar no proximo dia util pois a atendente que retirou meu pedido não estava presente esse dia e so ela poderia resolver... no dia seguinte mandei mensagem e o gerente falou que eu tinha que ter reclamado no dia do pedido, sendo que como mencionei ja era mais de uma hora da manha e o pedido havia atrasado tanto que eu precisava dormir pra trabalhar devido o horario! depois disso não me deram mais resposta e assim fiquei com a pizza esbagaçada, fria e atrasada e me sentindo o mais lesado dos consumidores!
I made an order from the restaurant to arrive at 00:30 to 00:40, I ordered a pizza and two bottles of Santa Helena wine, almost 200 reais, however the order arrived half an hour late and the pizza arrived in a deplorable state, all overturned and dismantled, I took a picture for the next day to complain as it was more than 1 o'clock in the morning... the next day the attendant informed me by audio via wpp that I should communicate on the next working day because the attendant who took my order was not there present that day and only she could solve it... the next day I sent a message and the manager said that I had to have complained on the day of the order, and as I mentioned it was already more than one o'clock in the morning and the order was so late that I needed sleep to work because of the schedule! after that they didn't give me any more answer and so I was left with a broken, cold and late pizza and feeling like the most aggrieved consumer!

Terrible, we placed an order for ifood and the pizza took over 1 hour to arrive. The phone on Google just doesn't answer. How much attention to the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante demora pra caramba na entrega, cancela teu pedido sem aviso depois de quase 1 hora esperando. Nota 0 pro atendimento. Se for pedir algo de lá vai na certeza que vai demorar muito e talvez nem chegue.
Restaurant takes a long time to deliver, cancels your order without warning after almost 1 hour waiting. Note 0 for attendance. If you ask for something from there, you are sure it will take a long time and it may not even arrive.

A pizza atrasou 1 hora, veio fria, e o restaurante pouco se comunicava comigo, parecia que estavam fazendo um favor ao me darem qualquer informação sobre um pedido que fiz e pelo qual paguei e não foi barato. Não recomendo. Sugiro pedir de uma pizzaria melhor preparada para realizar entregas e com melhor atendimento.
I gave 1 star but it would give nothing, however it was the only option. The pizza was 1 hour late, came cold, and the restaurant barely communicated with me, it seemed they were doing me a favor by giving me any information about an order I placed and paid for and it wasn't cheap. I do not recommend. I suggest ordering from a pizzeria better prepared for deliveries and with better service.
