★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Havia combinado a retirada de um veiculo que adquiri em Fortaleza-CE, e deveria ser entregue em São Paulo-SP, tudo isto por WhatsApp.
Agendamos a retirada do pátio em 20/08/2020, e ficou pactuado que o motorista faria uma video chamada no momento da retirada para que eu pudesse verificar a integralidade do veiculo, posto que a aquisição fora feita em leilão público.
No dia da retirada, recebi uma mensagem de que a referida chamada não seria possível, e que o motorista estava a caminho do pátio para retirada. E de pronto avisei que sem ela, não estava autorizada a remoção do veiculo do pátio...
Misteriosamente, o motorista que estava a caminho do pátio e traria o veículo na cegonha até São Paulo fora acometido por uma "doença", e o serviço não pode ser realizado.
Tive de contratar outra empresa as pressas (que pode realizar o serviço com a vídeo chamada), sendo aquele o ultimo dia para retirada do pátio, e dali em diante, teria de pagar estadia.
Enfim, um caos, não recomendo!
I had agreed to withdraw a vehicle that I acquired in Fortaleza-CE, and it should be delivered in São Paulo-SP, all of this via WhatsApp.
We scheduled the withdrawal from the yard on 08/20/2020, and it was agreed that the driver would make a video call at the time of the withdrawal so that I could check the vehicle's completeness, since the acquisition was made at a public auction.
On the day of the pick-up, I received a message that such a call would not be possible, and that the driver was on his way to the yard for pick-up. And I immediately warned that without it, the vehicle was not allowed to be removed from the yard ...
Mysteriously, the driver who was on his way to the yard and would bring the vehicle in the stork to São Paulo had been affected by a "disease", and the service cannot be performed.
I had to hire another company in a hurry (which can perform the service with the video call), that being the last day for removal from the yard, and from then on, I would have to pay for a stay.
Anyway, chaos, I don't recommend it!
