Quis fazer um sorteio em parceria com a loja e ela disse que poderia, então eu paguei pelo produto a ser sorteado e ela disse que de brinde enviaria uma bandana. Chegou na hora do sorteio e eles não quiseram enviar direto para a ganhadora, me fizeram pagar R$100,00 de frete e ainda não enviaram bandana nenhuma! Fiquei muito decepcionada pois nem divulgar o sorteio para me ajudar divulgaram, só me deram prejuízo.
I don't really remember the name of the salesperson who served me, but I had a terrible experience... I wanted to do a lottery in partnership with the store and she said she could, so I paid for the product to be drawn and she said that she would send it as a gift a bandana. It was time for the draw and they didn't want to send it straight to the winner, they made me pay R$100.00 in shipping and still didn't send any bandana! I was very disappointed because they didn't even publicize the draw to help me, they only gave me a loss.
