Fomos até o local retirar o restante e falaram que ainda não haviam conseguido contato com motoboy! 2 horas após pedido que deram 30/40 min de prazo. Não responderam, não deram satisfação, não resolveram. Não prepararam outro… tinha que esperar ainda contato com motoboy. Pedi o dinheiro de volta e ficamos com fome! Nunca mais
Terrible attendance. We ordered delivery of 6 items and only 3 were delivered. Motoboy confirmed that they would all be in the packaging. When we opened it, we tried several contacts by WhatsApp through which the order was made and by cell phone. They didn't answer, didn't answer several calls. Not a satisfaction.
We went to the place to remove the rest and they said they still hadn't been able to contact a motoboy! 2 hours after ordering that they gave 30/40 min of deadline. They didn't respond, they didn't give satisfaction, they didn't solve. They didn't prepare another one… I still had to wait for contact with a motoboy. I asked for the money back and we were hungry! Never
