MOTORISTA POSSIVELMENTE FAZIA USO DE CELULAR, TENDO EM VISTA TER ALEGADO NÃO TER VISTO O MEU CARRO. SE RECUSOU A ME DAR MAIORES INFORMAÇÕES. Disse-me apenas o nome, mas q eu podia ligar pra o Sr. João do escritório em SP, que pela placa do veículo ele resolveria tudo. Assim eu fiz. Porém, o Sr João, após me cozinhar durante uma semana, falou que o motorista dele contou uma outra versão, que EU ESTAVA MENTINDO e que teria assumido toda a culpa no momento do acidente. Enfim, falei que iria acionar a Justiça e a resposta que obtive foi que ele tinha 50 advogados para defender a empresa. Se a Rodoborges é uma empresa que se preza, deveria evitar funcionários do tipo do Sr João e do motorista que bateu no meu carro. Pessoas que agem de má fé, completamente mal educadas e que não respeitam o próximo! Além disso, como uma empresa que se preza, deveria assumir as responsabilidades pelos danos causados a terceiros. Estou profundamente consternada com a situação e espero que esse post ajude a solucionar o meu problema. Afinal, a internet está aí e farei o possível pra essa mensagem alcançar a maior quantidade de pessoas. Afinal, uma empresa dessa não é de confiança!
TRUCK OF THE CARRIER RODOBORGES, NTK3383 PLATE, COLLIED WITH MY VEHICLE IN BR 101 FEELING CRESCENTR (SOUTH) ON 03/13/19, AT 8:30 AM CAUSING SEVERAL DAMAGE TO THE SAME. DRIVER POSSIBLY MADE USE OF MOBILE PHONE, IN VIEW OF ALLEGING NOT TO HAVE SEEN MY CAR. IF YOU REFUSED TO GIVE ME MORE INFORMATION. He just told me his name, but I could call Mr. João from the office in SP, who, by the license plate, would solve everything. So I did. However, Mr João, after cooking me for a week, said that his driver told another version, that I WAS LYING and that he would have taken all the blame at the time of the accident. Anyway, I said that I would sue the courts and the answer I got was that he had 50 lawyers to defend the company. If Rodoborges is a company that values itself, it should avoid employees like Mr João and the driver who hit my car. People who act in bad faith, completely rude and who do not respect others! In addition, as a self-respecting company, it should take responsibility for damages caused to third parties. I am deeply dismayed by the situation and I hope this post helps to solve my problem.
