★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequentemente atrasam a entrega da Natura. Saiu pra entrega dia 10/07 e ninguém explica o motivo do atraso. Risco de ter que cancelar o pedido pois entrega que atrasa, não adianta a vida de ninguém.
MAIS UM PEDIDO EM ATRASO EM 31/01 E RECLAMADO JUNTO A NATURA. ESSE SERVIÇO PRECISA MELHORAR.
 They often delay delivery from Natura. It left for delivery on the 10/07th and no one explains the reason for the delay. Risk of having to cancel the order because delivery is late, it's no use for anyone's life.
ANOTHER DELAY ORDER ON 01/31 AND COMPLAINED WITH NATURA. THIS SERVICE NEEDS TO IMPROVE.

Pois ja constava que minha compra havia sido entregue sem eu ter recebido. Só posso concluir que há desvio das mercadorias pela transportadora. Uma vergonha. Vou deixar de realizar compras on line pela Natura pelo péssimo serviço de entrega que eles contratam. Melhor depender dos Correios, que mesmo com todos os problemas de não entregarem nos endereços , pois o Rio de Janeiro independente do bairro é área de restrição de entrega para os Correios, ainda temos a opção de acompanhar o rastreio e pegar nas agências.
Lousy service. My purchase from Natura was super late. And they only delivered it because they filed a complaint with Reclame here. It was already said that my purchase had been delivered without my having received it. I can only conclude that the goods are diverted by the carrier. A shame. I will stop making purchases online by Natura due to the terrible delivery service they hire. Better to depend on the Post Office, that even with all the problems of not delivering to the addresses, since Rio de Janeiro regardless of the neighborhood is a restricted delivery area for the Post Office, we still have the option to follow up the tracking and pick up the branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca vou confiar em uma empresa que tem motorista dirigindo faltando no Celular e ainda jogando o caminhão em cima de outros carros ,e quando nós vamos falar com o motorista para presta a atenção ainda chinga com total mau educação ,como confiar em uma empresa desta e aínda fala que pode ligar para a empresa que não vãi da em nada.
