★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um móvel do Mercado Livre. A Central do Frete ficou responsável pela entrega. A Rodomax de Ribeirão Preto foi a transportadora contratada. Fez uma única tentativa, fora da data do rastreamento e em horário proibido de carga e descarga do prédio, foi orientado voltar em horário permitido. Entrei em contato com a Rodomax que pede o valor de 50% do valor já recebido para uma nova tentativa. A Central de Frete não resolve o problema. Estou sem receber meu móvel desde o dia 04, data da primeira tentativa.
I bought a piece of furniture from Mercado Livre. The Freight Central was responsible for delivery. Rodomax of Ribeirão Preto was the contracted carrier.
