★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone, é um parto para conseguir agendar uma coleta. estou desde cedo tentando agendar, a opção 5 não funciona, A pouco consegui falar com um atendente que pediu para eu aguardar enquanto me encaminhava para a opção de agendar coleta, esperei ate cair e ninguém atende mais.
 No one picks up the phone, it's a delivery to get a collection scheduled. I'm trying to schedule an appointment early, option 5 does not work, I was able to talk to an attendant who asked me to wait while I walked to the option of scheduling pickup, I waited until I dropped and no one answered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrível, mesmo recebendo materiais por esta empresa a anos, o motorista despreparado, aceitando pagamento somente em dinheiro não tinha troco para fazer a cobrança, me obrigou a sair a procura de troco, sob a ameaça de levar o produto de volta.
Terrible, even getting materials for this company years the driver unprepared, accepting payment only in cash did not change to bill, forced me to leave the demand for change, under the threat of taking the product back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ infelizmente não temos muitas opções na minha cidade e região opara interior de SP e porisso dependo desta droga de transportadora. Além disso se fazem de importante e só aceitam pagamento em dinheiro. Só te faturam depois de muitas entregas ou coletas. Absurdo!!!

Não cumprem com data, hora e nada.
Quem organiza, trabalha na área de logística dessa empresa, está dando prejuízo. Sinceramente, seria bom, muito bom rever essa situação, e afirmo que essa reclamação será enviada a área central dessa empresa, mostrando a deficiência no atendimento.
