★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ambiente completamente sem estrutura de funcionamento, não há prestadores de serviço para atendimento ao público, não há guichê para venda de passagem, nem informativo com os horários dos ônibus, sem falar no péssimo estado de conservação dos banheiros e dependências do local.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo não tem nenhum atendente, e nenhuma informação correta dos horários de ônibus, no site está uns horários e chegando lá tem outro horário marcado em um papel que tbm não está correto aos finais de semana.
