Agora a rodoviária em si , deixou a desejar.

The employees and the driver who brought us to the wonderful RJ were very good.
Now the bus station itself left something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma rodoviária sem recursos..pra uma cidade do porte de Cataguases fica a desejar...não tem lanchonetes boas...muito improvisado e ruim tudo.
A bus station without resources...for a city the size of Cataguases is lacking...it doesn't have good snack bars...very improvised and everything is bad.

Cataguases merece um lugar melhor do que esse.
Uma reforma nela, cairia muito bem e não seria necessário ter que parar no Taquara quando fosse viajar.
Dark place, smelly and looking like an abandoned place.
Cataguases deserves a better place than this.
A renovation in it would go very well and it would not be necessary to have to stop at Taquara when traveling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no guichê foi ótimo, a estrutura da rodoviária é péssima, está abandona assim como grande parte da cidade. Notei uma pequena mudança nesse último mês mas acredito que como as eleições estejam chegando as mudanças nesse momento começam, pobre dos moradores que não percebem e continuam fazendo escolhas infelizes para governar a cidade.
Service at the counter was great, the structure of the bus station is terrible, it is abandoned like much of the city. I noticed a small change in this last month but I believe that as the elections are coming the changes are starting at this moment, poor residents who don't realize and continue to make unfortunate choices to govern the city.
