★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está decadente, não é mais como antes. De noite para esperar o ônibus tem mais moradores de rua do que passageiros, ainda bem que há um segurança que se esforça para manter o lugar seguro. Não há mais outras companhias nos guichês, apenas a Breda, Catarinense só em Peruíbe.
 It's decaying, it's not like it used to be. At night to wait for the bus there are more homeless people than passengers, thankfully there is a security guard who tries hard to keep the place safe. There are no other companies at the windows, only Breda, Catarinense only in Peruíbe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado!! Muitos olheiros! Enquanto a gente ficou esperando, uma porção de pessoas nos abordou, pedindo dinheiro, etc.
Eu e meu marido percebemos um rapaz sentado como se tivesse esperando ônibus, porém ele estava nos observando.
Meu marido viu esse mesmo rapaz lá fora com os outros e depois ficou lá nos bancos com uma mochila, como se fosse viajar! Muito cuidado!!! Não fiquem distraídos tirando self!!!
Só um conselho!!!

My husband saw this same boy outside with the others and then he stayed there on the benches with a backpack, as if he were going to travel! Very careful!!! Don't get distracted taking self!!!

e todos que moram nela e os que passarem por ela
Clean place organized several stores inside bathroom and taxi rank easy access to anywhere in itanhaem the only thing I didn't notice was security that's all I think the south coast is the best bus station in itanhaem God bless this beautiful city
and all who live in it and those who pass through it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou da Capital e mudei pra Itanhaém há quase um mês. A rodoviária foi o primeiro lugar da cidade que eu conheci. Ela tem banheiro público (em todas as vezes que eu usei estava limpo), o atendimento dos guichês é bom, e tem totens para impressão de passagens compradas online. Também tem lojinhas, lanchonete e caixas 24h.
O celular tem sinal, o que facilita conseguir um carro por aplicativo e a rua da rodoviária é bem movimentada.
O que precisa melhorar é a manutenção do local: a entrada é por uma porta de vidro e os trilhos da porta estão danificados há meses. Por ser um local onde tanto turistas quanto moradores circulam bastante, merece mais atenção.
I'm from the Capital and I moved to Itanhaém almost a month ago. The bus station was the first place in the city that I visited. It has a public bathroom (every time I used it it was clean), the service at the counters is good, and there are totems for printing tickets purchased online. It also has shops, a snack bar and 24-hour cashiers.
The cell phone has a signal, which makes it easy to get a car by app and the road to the bus station is very busy.
What needs improvement is the maintenance of the place: the entrance is through a glass door and the door tracks have been damaged for months. As it is a place where both tourists and residents circulate a lot, it deserves more attention.
