A resposta foi ríspida, completa má vontade e mexendo no celular. Além disso, normalmente os passageiros têm a liberdade de escolher os assentos (eu fico enjoada nas viagens, então sempre pego os assentos do meio ou da frente. Nem havia terminado de pedir a passagem ela entregou o bilhete por conta própria. Tamanha a má vontade e a preguiça! Por que não dá espaço para quem realmente quer trabalhar???
