★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha essa rodoviária de SMA, entra e sai ano é a mesma coisa, sempre que preciso utilizar os serviços em caráter de urgência o guichê está vazio ou tem algum atendente fantasma pq nunca atendem o telefone, com tanta gente precisando trabalhar e põe logo um ser apático pra ficar sem fazer nada ali, é de enloquecer!
A shame this SMA bus station, entering and leaving every year is the same thing, whenever I need to use the services on an urgent basis the window is empty or there is a ghost attendant because they never answer the phone, with so many people needing to work and put on a be apathetic to do nothing there, it's crazy!
