★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem vagas privativas e a figura do síndico historicamente eh apenas simbólica, baixa ou ateh nenhuma autoridade, basta olhar a área feita para as crianças ocupada com trailer de food, tem raízes que dificilmente serão mudadas por qualquer síndico, pois o povo reclama mas não gosta de regras.
Ponto positivo excelente localização
It does not have privative positions and the figure of the syndicist historically is only symbolic, low or ateh no authority, it is enough to look at the area made for the children occupied with trailer of food, it has roots that hardly will be changed by any syndic since the people complains but not likes rules.
