★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom eu tenho cabelo afro, era atendido por um haitiano em outra barbearia que foi embora pros EUA, fui em outro que dizia saber cortar cabelo como o meu e não gostei. Eu tava em busca de algum outro aqui em Fortaleza que soubesse cortar meu cabelo. Me disseram que tem um barbeiro baiano chamado Roberto no bairro Passaré que sabe fazer mas não souberam me dizer qual é a barbearia, nem onde fica exatamente. Entrei em contato com outras do bairro e não era nenhuma delas. Eu procurei saber se era nessa, mandei mensagem pelo WhatsApp e a pessoa nem teve a boa vontade de me dizer quem são os profissionais que atendem e eu irritado falei na lata que eles pareciam GP que só responde o cliente pra dar o preço e pronto. Os caras mais desaforados e despreparados responderam “como é que você manda uma mensagem dessa pra menina rapaz?” e me bloquearam de lá. Que profissionais são esses que não dão a devida atenção pro cliente, nem responde as mensagens direito e ainda se acham os donos da razão? DECEPÇÃO TOTAL!
Well, I have Afro hair, I was attended by a Haitian in another barbershop who left for the USA, I went to another one who said he knew how to cut hair like mine and I didn't like it. I was looking for someone else here in Fortaleza who knew how to cut my hair. They told me that there is a barber from Bahia called Roberto in the Passaré neighborhood who knows how to do it, but they couldn't tell me which barbershop is, or where it is exactly. I contacted others in the neighborhood and it was none of them. I tried to find out if it was this one, I sent a message via WhatsApp and the person didn't even have the goodwill to tell me who the professionals are and I annoyed I said on the can that they looked like a GP who only responds to the customer to give the price and that's it. The most brazen and unprepared guys replied “how do you send a message like that to a girl boy?” and blocked me from there. Who are these professionals who do not give due attention to the customer, do not respond to messages correctly and still think they are the owners of reason? TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!
