Liguei reclamando da demora e falaram que estava chegando, Cancelei o pedido às 20h, pois ainda não havia chegado. Não tem cabimento essa demora neste tipo de prestação de serviço. Se estivesse com o carro na rua e com crianças, como é que eu ia me virar?
Bad. I asked to deliver a battery at 5:00 p.m., until 7:00 p.m. I had not arrived. I called complaining about the delay and they said it was coming, I canceled the order at 8pm, because it had not yet arrived. This delay in this type of service is not appropriate. If I had the car on the street and with children, how would I turn?
