★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adorei, foi minha primeira aula e o professor Paulo segurou a minha mão o tempo todo, isso me deixou muito segura, ensinou as técnicas iniciais e até pulinho consegui fazer kkkk vou continuar com as aulas e indico fazer com o professor Paulo Machado, muito obrigada professor!
 I loved it, it was my first class and Professor Paulo held my hand the whole time, it made me very safe, he taught me the initial techniques and I even managed to do it lol I'll continue with the classes and I recommend doing it with Professor Paulo Machado, thank you very much teacher!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem nenhuma ética profissional, que na hora de ficar encima para fazer a transferência foi eficaz já em prestar o serviço que foi solicitado simplesmente sumiu. Meu esposo solicitou aula de patins com aluguel de patins para eu e ele já fazem 20 dias e nada de acontecer e ainda o tal representante não responde mais o WhatsApp para devolver nosso dinheiro.
Vocês são completamente mentirosos NUNCA foi perguntado a numeração. De tanta incompetência da parte de vocês quer o print da conversa já que não tem o caráter de assumir o que falar está escrito!!!!! E não sou "sua senhora".
Company without any professional ethics, which when it was time to stay on top to make the transfer was effective in providing the service that was requested simply disappeared. My husband requested skating lessons with skate rentals for me and him for 20 days and nothing has happened and still the representative no longer responds to WhatsApp to return our money.
You are complete liars NEVER asked the numbering. From so much incompetence on your part, you want the print of the conversation since you don't have the character to assume what to say is written!!!!! And I'm not "your lady".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimas aulas! Aprendi a andar de patins qdo era criança, sem técnica. Retomei o hobby depois de adulta, e decidi fazer aulas agora para aprender a andar direito e ganhar mais confiança. Em duas aulas já deu pra aprender técnicas que me fizeram evoluir o que um ano tentando sozinha não fez (curvas corretas, passar por obstáculos, dar pulinhos, freios, etc.). Muito legal sentir essa evolução!
Great classes! I learned to skate when I was a child, without technique. I resumed the hobby as an adult, and decided to take classes now to learn to walk straight and gain more confidence. In two classes, I was able to learn techniques that made me evolve what a year trying alone didn't do (correct turns, going through obstacles, jumping, braking, etc.). Very cool to feel this evolution!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a aula de personal com o instrutor Paulo, foi incrível! Ele passa todos os truques e é muito atencioso, na primeira aula até aprendi a pular rsrs Espero voltar em breve para fazer a aula em grupo e aprender mais manobras, super indico a aula com ele!
I took the personal class with instructor Paulo, it was amazing! He passes all the tricks and is very attentive, in the first class I even learned to jump lol I hope to come back soon to do the group class and learn more maneuvers, I highly recommend the class with him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem foi a primeira aula de skate da minha filha. Fiquei impressionada com a calma e paciencia que o Paulo tem. Logo nos primeiros minutos percebi que minha filha estava adorando e ja mostrava um certo desembaraço com os movimentos que ele ensinava.
Vamos continuar as aulas semanalmente.
Super recomendo, Nota 1000!
Yesterday was my daughter's first skateboarding class. I was impressed with the calm and patience that Paulo has. In the first few minutes I noticed that my daughter was loving it and was already showing a certain ease with the movements he taught.
We will continue classes weekly.
Super recommend, Note 1000!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minhas filhas fizemos aulas de patins com professor Paulo. Fui surpreendida com a calma e dedicação deste profissional que pacientemente me mostrou ser possível ja que não tenho Mto equilíbrio e habilidade.
Na aula com as crianças foi ainda mais especial pois observando a habilidade de cada uma delas tornou a aula divertida e apaixonante. Minha filha de 8 anos amou e quer muito continuar.
Super indico pelo profissionalismo e pelo diferencial das aulas com técnica e amor pelo esporte.

My daughters and I took skating lessons with Professor Paulo. I was surprised with the calm and dedication of this professional who patiently showed me it was possible since I don't have a lot of balance and skill.
In the class with the children it was even more special because observing the ability of each one of them made the class fun and exciting. My 8 year old daughter loved it and really wants to continue.
Super nominate for the professionalism and the differential of the classes with technique and love for the sport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Dia 31/01 eu fiz a transferência solicitada para agendar a primeira aula de R$160,00. Agendei minha aula pra quarta-feira seguinte e soube uma hora e meia antes que não conseguiria fazer a aula porque havia chovido, mesmo sendo informada de que em dias de chuva as aulas seriam direcionadas a um lugar coberto. Depois, na semana seguinte a aula foi novamente não aconteceu porque um "suposo hacker" invadiu a agenda de aulas e trocou os dias das aulas, me fazendo perder quase uma hora no parque esperando e só tendo sido avisada do motivo duas horas depois. Aí pra cereja do bolo, topei tentar mais uma vez e agendei com a secretária Zenaide uma aula pra semana seguinte e no dia descobri que NÃO MARCARAM MINHA AULA. Ou seja, quase um mês do valor pago da aula e não consegui fazê-la. Agora estou há mais de uma semana esperando a contabilidade deles me devolver o dinheiro, porque é muito fácil pro cliente ter que pagar antes a aula né, mas na hora de pagar de volta uma vez que não cumpriu o serviço, fica difícil.
*Obs: Soube que a mãe do professor estava hospitalizada só porque chamei pela 3a vez perguntando sobre o extorno, após 1 semana que havia solicitado. Antes disso, me foi orientado pra falar com a secretária que só me respondia que "Estavam vendo" e nada era resolvido. Desculpe, assim como você tem problemas pessoais eu também tenho e não estou trazendo eles aqui publicamente pra justificar minhas opiniões, falta de noção é você querer usar isso pra não ser profissional e resolver suas pendências. E sobre a chuvas, a mensagem foi essa: "?Em caso de Chuva o valor não será devolvido , a aula será ministrada no local Coberto, se não houver condições a aula é reagendada.. " e de qualquer forma, depois de ser informada que pelas chuvas não seria possível, eu reagendei a aula conforme vocês informaram, então não fiz nada de errado.
atualização 03/03: Duas semans que solicitei o extorno do valor da aula e continuam ignorando.
atualização 07/04: Não extornaram o valor, denunciei ao Procom.
Bad experience. On 01/31 I made the requested transfer to schedule the first R$160.00 class. I scheduled my class for the following Wednesday and knew an hour and a half before that I wouldn't be able to make the class because it had rained, even though I was informed that on rainy days the classes would be directed to a covered place. Then, the following week, the class didn't happen again because an "alleged hacker" invaded the class schedule and changed the days of classes, causing me to spend almost an hour in the park waiting and only having been notified of the reason why two hours later. Then, for icing on the cake, I agreed to try one more time and scheduled a class with the secretary Zenaide for the following week and on the day I found out that MY CLASS WAS NOT SCHEDULED. That is, almost a month of the amount paid for the class and I couldn't do it. Now I've been waiting for more than a week for their accounting to return the money to me, because it's very easy for the client to have to pay for the class beforehand, right, but when it's time to pay it back once the service hasn't been completed, it's difficult.
*Note: I heard that the teacher's mother was hospitalized only because I called for the 3rd time asking about the extortion, after 1 week that I had requested it. Before that, I was instructed to talk to the secretary who only replied that "They were watching" and nothing was resolved. Sorry, just like you have personal problems I do too and I'm not bringing them here publicly to justify my opinions, it's clueless that you want to use this to be unprofessional and solve your pending issues. And about the rains, the message was this: "? In case of rain, the amount will not be refunded, the class will be taught at the Covered location, if there are no conditions, the class is rescheduled.. " and anyway, after being informed because of the rains it wouldn't be possible, I rescheduled the class as you said, so I didn't do anything wrong.
update 03/03: Two weeks I requested a refund of the class fee and they are still ignoring it.
update 07/04: They didn't extort the amount, I reported it to Procom.
