Preços de peças muito acima do que eram cobrados na prĂłpria concessionĂĄria um ano antes e mais do dobro do valor de mercado. Menos de duas semanas depois da revisĂŁo, poucas horas antes de viajar, o carro avisou sobre um problema no motor. Como nĂŁo havia nem duas semanas que fiz a revisĂŁo, fiz contato urgente com a concessionĂĄria. Mas como estavam prestes a fechar, me colocaram "na espera", a ligação caiu, e nĂŁo atenderam mais. Se nĂŁo fosse a ajuda de outra concessionĂĄria que fica aberta atĂ© mais tarde e se tivesse que depender apenas dessa concessionĂĄria, teria perdido a viagem. Perdi totalmente a confiança (problemas duas semanas apĂłs a revisĂŁo, e sem disponibilidade de avaliar um problema durante situação de urgĂȘncia, alĂ©m do desrespeito de "deixar a ligação cair" e nĂŁo atender mais porque estĂĄ prĂłximo da hora de fechar, sem qualquer consideração com o cliente). PĂ©ssima experiĂȘncia que nunca mais repetirei. Nunca mais retorno, e nĂŁo recomendo para ninguĂ©m. NĂŁo Ă© possĂvel confiar em uma empresa que te deixa sem suporte quando vocĂȘ mais precisa.
 I reviewed my car at this dealership to take a trip and have no worries. Parts prices much higher than those charged at the dealership a year earlier and more than double the market value. Less than two weeks after the overhaul, a few hours before traveling, the car warned of an engine problem. As it hadn't even been two weeks since I did the review, I made urgent contact with the dealership. But as they were about to close, they put me "on hold", the call dropped, and they didn't answer any more. If it weren't for the help of another dealership that stays open late and if I had to depend only on that dealership, I would have missed the trip. I totally lost confidence (problems two weeks after the review, and not being able to assess a problem during an urgent situation, in addition to the disrespect of "dropping the call" and not answering anymore because it's close to closing time, without any consideration for the client). Bad experience that I will never repeat. I'll never come back, and I don't recommend it to anyone. You can't trust a company that leaves you unsupported when you need it most.
