A empresa inicialmente uma borracharia focada em atender Caminhoneiros na Zona cerealista de São Paulo, ganhou força e ampliou seu portifólio ao longo dos anos impulsionada pelo crescente mercado automotivo nacional, a ideia de cuidar do veículo para garantir a segurança do motorista e passageiros sempre foi o motor para o trabalho do fundador e essa essência permanece até hoje na empresa e seus colaboradores, com esse foco cresceu sua rede especializada em serviços e produtos para veículos automotivos. Eles começaram a escamar em menos de 6 meses e um deles acabou criando uma bolha que veio a estourar durante uma viagem. Fui até a loja reaver a garantia e o gerente já tirou o corpo fora e pediu que eu enviasse o pneu para o Continental em Jundiaí e pagasse pelo envio. Se eles lá achassem viável, me trocariam o pneu. Tudo isso porque, ele obviamente não queria desfazer os jogos de 4 pneus que tinha na loja.
Resumindo, o nome da marca é bem bonito, mas existe o risco do produto estragar muito rápido e, neste caso, esqueça que a garantia existe, eles simplesmente vão alegar que o defeito não era de fabricação.
Na hora da compra tudo é muito bonitinho e twm garantia. Na hora do problema, eles ficam jogando a responsabilidade de um lado para o outro.

I went to the store to get the warranty and the manager already took the body off and asked me to send the tire to Continental in Jundiaí and pay for shipping.
