Ao buscar o veículo, outro técnico, informou que a luz acesa indicava necessidade de revisão. E horário informado para pegar o veículo não foi cumprido, havendo uma espera de 00:40 minutos.
 When presenting the vehicle for service, I reported concern about the "multifunction" light on and the technician said they tracked down the problem. When picking up the vehicle, another technician reported that the light on indicated a need for overhaul. And the time informed to pick up the vehicle was not met, with a wait of 00:40 minutes.

Veículo vazando óleo depois da revisão, na retirada nem zerar o painel de serviço para próxima revisão fizeram, quando volto pra consertarem a cagada tentaram fazer parecer q seria uma coisa normal, q eu q estava errado em reclamar e exigir meus direitos, isso acontecer na oficina deles de forma cotidiana, que decepção com essa representante da marca Renault, pior q faz com que tenhamos raiva da marca, primeira vez q compro e já Estou me arrependendo devido ao pós venda.
É um pequeno desabafo mais q talvez possa salvar outros consumidores da decepção pela qual eu tenho passado.

Awful!! Worst dealership I've ever been to for vehicle service!! I don't even recommend it to the enemy ??♂️ terrible of the worst
Vehicle leaking oil after overhaul, on removal, they didn't even reset the service panel for the next overhaul, when I come back to fix the shit they tried to make it seem like it would be a normal thing, that I was wrong to complain and demand my rights, this happens in the their workshop on a daily basis, what a disappointment with this Renault brand representative, worse than it makes us angry at the brand, first time I buy and I'm already regretting it due to the after sales.
It's a little outburst but maybe it can save other consumers from the disappointment I've been going through.
