★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vi concessionária sem oficina, você compra a moto yamaha e tem que fazer revisões em outra cidade, e atendimento péssimo na concessionária mais perto que é a do eldorado!! Yamaha só quer vender, péssimo pós venda!!!!
I've never seen a dealership without a workshop, you buy a yamaha motorcycle and have to carry out inspections in another city, and poor service at the closest dealership, which is the one in eldorado!! Yamaha just want to sell, terrible after sale!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito bom, os vendedores são cordiais. Porém a marca Yamaha nao se preocupa com a fidelização do cliente. É a terceira moto que compro na rede e nunca recebi nenhum desconto, brinde ou isenção de imposto.
The service is very good, the sellers are friendly. But the Yamaha brand is not concerned with customer loyalty. It's the third bike I buy online and I've never received any discounts, gifts or tax exemptions.
