★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bom com exceção da Paloma. Ela diz ser especialista em loiro mais não tem visão. Sobre meu cabelo ela nem se preocupou em fazer teste de mechas, nem nada e passou a tinta nas pontas do meu cabelo e ficou elástico, apesar dela ter garantido que nada disso ia acontecer, enfim o cabelo caiu bastante e tive que cortar ele curto. Não teve cuidado adequado com meu cabelo, as fotos do Instagram dela não mostran a realidade como o cabelo fica de verdade.(propaganda falsa) Então tomem cuidado loiras.
The place is good with the exception of Paloma. She claims to be an expert on blonde but has no vision. On my hair she didn't even bother to do a streak test or anything and she put the ink on the ends of my hair and it got elastic, although she assured me that none of that would happen, finally the hair fell a lot and I had to cut it short. She didn't take proper care of my hair, her Instagram photos don't show the reality of what her hair actually looks like. (false advertisement) So be careful blondes.

Liguei avisando que atrasaria pois havia agendado diversos serviços no local e ouvi as profissionais ao fundo dizendo que o problema era meu, que eu deveria ter mais responsabilidade e disciplina, super grossas e zero empatia com a minha solicitação. Fiquei desapontada de verdade. Nunca mais piso meus pés nesse salão com profissionais que não tem empatia e respeito pelo cliente.
I was impressed with the quality of service on my second visit to the site. Terrible! I called saying that I would be late because I had scheduled several services on the spot and I heard the professionals in the background saying that the problem was mine, that I should have more responsibility and discipline, super thick and zero empathy with my request. I was really disappointed. I never step my feet in this room again with professionals who have no empathy and respect for the client.
