★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou insatisfeita, pois fiz todos os modulados dos ambientes nosso ap e as ferragem ( puxadores)estão se desmontando. Já liguei várias vezes pra loja,mandam o funcionário e não resolvem. Agora falaram que não fazem a troca( reposição). Os modulados estão com 6 meses montados. Indignada
I am dissatisfied, because I made all the modulated environments in our ap and the hardware (handles) are dismantling. I've already called the store several times, they send the employee and they don't solve it. Now they said they don't make the switch (replacement). The modules are assembled for 6 months. Outraged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO PÓS-VENDA. MATERIAL DE BAIXA QUALIDADE. Modulados e ferragens quebram com facilidade. O preço pode até ser um pouco a baixo dos valores praticados no mercado, mas o custo benefício não compensa, pois depois é grande a falta de respeito com o consumidor.
BAD AFTER SALE. LOW QUALITY MATERIAL. Modulates and hardware break easily. The price may even be a little lower than the values practiced in the market, but the cost-benefit is not worth it, as there is a great lack of respect for the consumer.
