★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma torneira flex deles, com garantia de 12 anos. Depois de um ano de uso diário, a torneira veio a apresentar problema e começou a vazar. Entrei em contato por e-mail e mandei um video mostrando o problema. Depois de algum tempo e alguns e-mails trocados, eles enviaram uma peça nova pra substituir a que estava com problema., sem custos.

I bought a flex tap from them, with a 12-year warranty. After a year of daily use, the faucet became a problem and started to leak. I contacted by email and sent a video showing the problem. After some time and a few emails exchanged, they sent a new part to replace the one that had a problem, at no cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma torneira para a cozinha e não poderia ser pior. A bica simplesmente SAI quando abrimos a água! No primeiro uso 2 borrachinhas arrebentaram, chamamos técnico, trocamos as borrachas, colocamos veda rosca e NADA! Não comprem, não vale o quanto custa. Vou ter que comprar outra e pagar de novo o encanador para instalar, maior prejuízo.
I bought a faucet for the kitchen and it couldn't be worse. The spout simply COMES OUT when we turn on the water! In the first use 2 rubbers broke, we called a technician, we changed the rubbers, we put screw seals and NOTHING! Don't buy it, it's not worth what it costs. I'll have to buy another one and pay the plumber to install it again, bigger loss.
