De fato saí da loja muito satisfeita com os produtos que comprei!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hj, 22/04/22 por volta das 16hs, levei pela 3ª vez um brinco para consertar e, pasmem, desta vez alegaram que ele não foi comprado lá, que eu deveria apresentar o comprovante. Não o possuo, pq a compra foi feita em 2.018 ou 2.019, não há mais garantia..por isso, o eliminei..Minha pergunta...há local específico para os consertos Rommanel? Se a mercadoria é Rommanel e pagarei pelo conserto, pouco importa onde comprei, o cliente deve ser atendido e/ou pelo menos direcionado para o local específico..Comprei nesta loja sim, pq é a única que frequento, se a compra não foi identificada pelo CPF, daí já é problema de sistemas que sempre alteram..só aguardando pra saber quem consertará meu brinco.
Today, 04/22/22 around 4 pm, I took an earring for the 3rd time to be repaired and, amazingly, this time they claimed that it was not bought there, that I should present the receipt. I don't own it, because the purchase was made in 2018 or 2019, there is no more warranty..so I deleted it..My question...is there a specific place for Rommanel repairs? If the merchandise is Rommanel and I will pay for the repair, it doesn't matter where I bought it, the customer must be served and/or at least directed to the specific place. by the CPF, then it's already a problem with systems that always change..just waiting to know who will fix my earring.

Não indico pra ninguém
I went to this store to do a repair of 2 pieces and the manager Danielle said that she couldn't do it, only the girl who sold me was the one who sold me more the girl who sold me disappeared I took TD that was necessary for the repair even so she didn't do much unwillingness to solve my problem
I don't recommend to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, ganhei uma pulseira de presente e após uns 3 meses começou a descascar foi efetuado uma troca pelo mesmo modelo e após 2 meses o mesmo problema já é a segunda vez que vou até a loja e eles falam que não podem me ajudar.
Horrible service, I got a bracelet as a gift and after about 3 months it started to peel, an exchange was made for the same model and after 2 months the same problem is already the second time I go to the store and they say they can't help me.

Estava a procura de um brinco para o meu casamento e se quer ele buscou entende minha necessidades falou duas palavras.
Olá e o obrigado o atendimento foi esse.
Me sentir muito constrangida.
Se ele não quer trabalhar ou não gosta da área, seda a vaga a quem realmente quer trabalhar.
