★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se conhece uma empresa quando há um problema no atendimento. durante a venda parecia tudo bom, durante o atendimento, uma série de atrasos sem nunca dar uma data específica de atendimento e tendo que ficar à disposição, se não tivesse visto, iriam usar uma madeira empenada. após o atendimento, na primeira chuva apareceram goteiras devido às telhas serem mal encaixadas, mesmo após várias ligações, não resolveram. chamei outro para resolver. cuidado com dor de cabeça.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo na hora de executar o serviço. Fizemos mais de 40 metros de telhado a um ano e agora estamos aqui refazendo serviço que não foi concluído adequadamente por falta de comunicação deles conosco. Pagamos à vista e nem a nota fiscal nos deram.

Obs: não sei se é normal más algumas poucas telhas estão encharcando é normal isso.
