Encomendei um pijama cirúrgico pra uma data específica (já estava comprometida em participar de uma cirurgia há muito tempo e precisava dele), a mulher que me atendeu perguntou a data, eu disse, e ela ainda confirmou. Quando chegou a data, não me avisaram se estava pronto, não me respondiam no whatsapp e eu também não consegui falar com ninguém por ligação, então tive que ir até lá. Chegando, a mesma mulher que me atendeu no dia que eu encomendei disse que eu não havia dito que era pra aquela data (sendo que até a outra pessoa que estava comigo no dia disse que ouviu ela confirmando), não assumiu o erro que ela claramente cometeu (dizendo que o erro tinha sido meu, sendo que era impossível eu dizer uma data diferente), anotou pra uma data MUITO MAIS distante, e eu não tive como conseguir meu pijama a tempo. Não recomendo mesmo, de uma próxima vez com certeza irei encomendar em outro lugar.
Have no commitment or respect for me. I ordered surgical pajamas for a specific date (I was already committed to participating in surgery for a long time and needed them), the woman who attended me asked the date, I said, and she even confirmed it. When the date arrived, they didn't let me know if it was ready, they didn't answer me on whatsapp and I couldn't reach anyone by phone either, so I had to go there. When I arrived, the same woman who attended me the day I ordered said that I had not said it was for that date (and even the other person who was with me that day said he heard her confirming), she did not accept the error that she clearly made (saying it was my mistake, since it was impossible for me to say a different date), wrote it down to a date MUCH LONGER, and I couldn't get my pajamas in time. I really don't recommend it, next time I'll definitely order somewhere else.
