percebi que o sapato está se rasgando. Estou impressionado com o fato, visto que o sapato nunca foi lavado, utilizo 2 a 3 vezes por semana e trabalho sentado em escritório e tenho um sapato semelhante de outro marca que há 18 meses não se rasgou.
Hoje ao entrar em contato com a Rosamango do Shopping Benfica, local que adquiri o sapato, fui informado que a garantia é de 3 meses e que eu procurasse um sapateiro para reparar o defeito.
Estou decepcionado com o fato.
I bought a shoe from this store on 08/09/18, today (11/30/18),
I noticed that the shoe is tearing. I am impressed with the fact, since the shoe has never been washed, I wear it 2 to 3 times a week and I work sitting in the office and I have a similar shoe from another brand that hasn't been torn in 18 months.
Today, when I contacted Rosamango from Shopping Benfica, where I bought the shoe, I was informed that the warranty is 3 months and that I look for a shoemaker to repair the defect.
I am disappointed with the fact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A marca tem peças bonitas, mas conta com um forte ponto negativo: você só pode trocar as peças na loja em que comprou e muitas vezes não tem nem como transferir peças de uma loja para outra. Então se vc achar um sapato bonito em outra loja, vc não conseguirá trocar se não for essa a loja em que fez a compra original. Pior, as vendedoras não te avisam isso e deixam vc descobrir só na hora do aborrecimento. Apesar de saber que a troca não é uma obrigação e sim uma cortesia, essa prática restritiva é péssima, a ponto de me fazer não comprar mais produtos da marca.
ATUALIZAÇÃO: alguém da empresa entrou em contato comigo para entender melhor a minha reclamação (na verdade buscar culpados) e gostaria de deixar bem claro que a culpa NÃO é da vendedora que me atendeu, pois tanto no shopping Benfica, como no Via Sul, como no Iguatemi as vendoras não são instruídas a infomar aos clientes, no momento da compra, a impossibilidade de trocar as peças em outras lojas. Portanto, antes que usem minha reclamação (que é para a marca e não para a vendedora) para penalizar o lado mais fraco, expresso essa indignação. Eu tinha resolvido não comprar mais da marca e estava de boas, mas agora estou indignada! Querer colocar a culpa na vendedora é simples e prático, não é? Pois a vendedora é ótima, maravilhosa, mas dessa marca não quero mais saber!
The brand has beautiful pieces, but it has a strong negative point: you can only exchange the pieces in the store where you bought them and often you cannot even transfer pieces from one store to another. So if you find a beautiful shoe in another store, you won't be able to change it if this is not the store where you made the original purchase. Worse, the salespeople don't warn you about that and let you find out just in time of annoyance. Despite knowing that the exchange is not an obligation but a courtesy, this restrictive practice is terrible, to the point of making me not buy more branded products.
UPDATE: someone from the company got in touch with me to better understand my complaint (actually looking for culprits) and I would like to make it clear that the salesperson who attended me is NOT to blame, because both at Benfica shopping center and Via Sul, as at Iguatemi, vendors are not instructed to inform customers, at the time of purchase, of the impossibility of exchanging parts at other stores. So, before they use my complaint (which is for the brand and not for the seller) to penalize the weaker side, I express this indignation. I had decided not to buy more from the brand and I was fine, but now I am outraged! Wanting to blame the seller is simple and practical, isn't it? Because the seller is great, wonderful, but I don't want to know more about this brand!
