★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho falta de caráter, esperteza imbecil e falta de respeito com o cliente a venda da vendedora da loja Rosamango do Pátio Dom Luiz. Dia 28 me dirigi até a loja em busca de um scapian preto e a vendedora me convenceu de leva um de numeração 34, pois pedi que olhasse no estoque ou se em outras lojas haveria o eu número que é 33 e ela para ganhar a venda a todo custo mentiu dizendo que não tinha e que talvez só tivesse no Riomar Kennedy.
No dia 30 estava passeando no shopping Iguatemi e fui até a loja Rosamango saber se havia scapian 33. A resposta foi positiva e era o mesmo sapato que aquela vencedora mentirosa disse não ter mais. Fiquei indignada e revoltada e comprei meu número na tentativa de trocar o outro 34 por outro produto.
No mínimo eu merecia apenas a troca da numeração, mas não pude fazer e agora não sei nem se num vou ficar no prejuízo de não trocar. De qualquer forma comprei 2, qdo podia ter comprado só 1.
Tenho certeza de uma coisa, aos olhos do homem não há justiça, mas a lá de cima vem.

No caso de troca somos tratados como não sei nem explicar, além de que se recusam a emitir cupom fiscal do produto alegando não ser possível em caso de troca(mesmo tendo pago diferença de valor). Primeira e última vez fazendo uso de qualquer produto dessa rede.
