★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, levei um anel importado para fazer um ajuste para um tamanho menor na primeira vez voltou riscado, deixei lá de novo, voltei o tamanho 0,5 maior do que pedi e não fizeram questão nenhuma sobre o caso. Não recomendo, se for uma peça de muito valor, não perde tempo de ir lá

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui na unidade da Rosana Joias no centro de Jundiaí, fiquei esperando por mais de 5 min dentro da loja, e nenhuma vendedora veio em atender, estavam todas conversando, olhavam para mim e nada, nem um "boa tarde, só um momento". Cansada de esperar, fiz a minha compra na loja ao lado. Péssimo atendimento, acredito que não é esse o atendimento que voces querem para as cliente né ?!
Today I went to Rosana Joias' unit in the center of Jundiaí, I was waiting for more than 5 minutes inside the store, and no salesperson came to answer it, they were all talking, looking at me and nothing, not even a "good afternoon, just a moment" . Tired of waiting, I made my purchase at the store next door. Terrible service, I believe this is not the service you want for your customers, right?!

Preço justo e para quem não sabe o preço de uma loja para outra varia muito pois depende do acabamento da peça, se é oca ou maciço, feixe e a grama do ouro que a loja pagou quando adquiriu a peça em questão. Ouro é complicado de comprar pois esses itens que citei acima devem ser levados em questão.
Loja para quem tem bom gosto e dinheiro no bolso.

Fantastic shop! All the gold pieces I have bought there.
