★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO NO PÓS VENDA. Principalmente pelo atendimento da gerente Lucélia. Não sabe avaliar o produto. Com 4 dias de garantia disse que não teria troca. Tive que recorrer em outra filial a qual resolveu meu problema em poucos minutos. DICA: comprem no Campinas Shopping que com certeza o atendimento será melhor!

POOR SERVICE IN AFTER SALES. Mainly for the service provided by the manager Lucélia. Does not know how to evaluate the product. With a 4 day warranty it said it would not be exchanged. I had to turn to another branch which solved my problem in a few minutes. TIP: buy at Campinas Shopping and for sure the service will be better!

Eu e meu esposo chegamos na loja da 13 de Maio aqui em Campinas, estava cheia, mas uma das colaboradoras da loja com toda educação disse que já seríamos atendidos. Enquanto aguardamos, notamos que todas as atendentes tratavam bem os clientes! Na nossa vez, fomos muito bem tratados, bem instruídos quanto ao produto que escolhemos e saímos de lá muito satisfeitos! Poderiam dizer: "ah, mas você deve ter comprado algo muito caro". Mas não! Saímos de lá com a sensação de que se tivéssemos escolhido um dos produtos mais baratos, ou um dos mais caros, teríamos sido tratados da mesma maneira! A equipe é ótima, os produtos de qualidade e ainda ganhamos um par de taças com as nossas iniciais, um mimo muito especial! Super recomendo!
I've never been so well served! My husband and I arrived at the 13 de Maio store here in Campinas, it was full, but one of the store employees politely said that we would already be attended to. While we waited, we noticed that all the attendants treated the customers well! In our turn, we were very well treated, well instructed about the product we chose and we left there very satisfied! They might say, "Oh, but you must have bought something very expensive". But not! We left with the feeling that if we had chosen one of the cheapest products, or one of the most expensive, we would have been treated the same! The team is great, the products are quality and we even won a couple of glasses with our initials, a very special treat! I highly recommend it!
