★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei um imóvel e eles deixaram a proprietária SACAR O CHEQUE CAUÇÃO!!!!!!!! Ainda falaram que é o normal, mas não é. Pode olhar na Lei do inquilinato.
Desocupei o imóvel e a proprietária sumiu com o dinheiro e eles não conseguem nem contato com ela.
Até pra agendar visita dos imóveis eles demoram pra retornar.
Ganham muito, fazem pouco e não resolvem nada.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a locação de uma kitnet por essa imobiliária, fiquei 2 anos e pouco, durante esse tempo tive inúmeros problemas com o imóvel, como infiltração, cano estourado alagando o apartamento todo, e o pior, durante todo o período em que fiquei nesse imóvel, tive problemas com uma vizinha alcoólatra que conseguiu tirar 3 inquilinos do prédio devido a barulhos propositais, ofensas gratuitas e chegou até invadir meu imóvel para me agredir, passei para a imobiliária tudo e o tempo todo, para tentar tirar essa mulher de lá, com filmagens e áudios de tudo o que essa vizinha fazia, e nada foi feito, e como se não bastasse, sai do imóvel dia 01/10/20, onde fiz vistoria e entrega das chaves, e até então já fazem 23 dias que estou cobrando o caução que eu investi antes de entrar no imóvel, houve descontos de comum acordo, mas mesmo assim nada de respostas, segundo a imobiliária a proprietária do imóvel está com COVID-19 impossibilitando de resolver essa pendência, sendo que enfrentei 5 meses de quarentena sem trabalhar e com salário reduzido porém não deixei de pagar o aluguel em dia e muito menos fiz acordo devido à pandemia, eu só quero meu dinheiro, mas infelizmente a imobiliária não tem pulso firme e não honra seus compromissos para com o cliente.

Porém após 12 meses tive que entregar a casa por situação financeira , e estou a 49 dias esperando receber de volta a caução , já fui várias vezes até a imobiliária atendendo pedido do mesmo mais quando chego lá e a responsável pela devolução da calção ( Dr Neide) , nunca está e o que é me passado é que teve um imprevisto
Estou necessitando deste dinheiro para conseguir alugar uma outra casa , porém estou tendo que esperar a boa vontade de cumprimento de compromisso da parte da administração Rosch imobiliária

Eles só te tratam bem enquanto você é cliente, depois fazem um total descaso.
Não querem devolver o dinheiro da minha mãe, mesmo depois de mais de 1 mês rendo saído do imóvel, além de que não quiserem aceitar as chaves da casa (devolvida no prazo) só aceitaram 9 dias depois e estão cobrando por esses dias
Agora querem cobrar até porque minha mãe tirou a luz do nome dela mesmo a casa já alugada para outra pessoa

Tive uma vizinha, também locatária deles, que era surtada e alcoólatra, bebia e ficava perturbando os outros inquilinos, na madrugada, ou a hora que fosse, eram palavras de baixo calão e surtos, que reclamávamos na imobiliária e nunca foi feito nada, ate que precisei sair de lá porque nao aguentava mais aturar a velha doida me enlouquecendo.
Fiquei 18 meses locatária deles, nunca atrasei aluguei, chegou a pandemia, onde passei a receber metade do salario, e tive então que pedir um ajuda deles, e a única que tive, e nunca deixei de pagar foi parcelar dentro do mesmo mês o valor do aluguel. Precisei desse auxilio por um mês apenas, os demais pagando sempre em dia, como sempre fiz. Mas quando precisei sair, somente após 45 dias recebi meu reembolso do calção. isso após reclamar e muito, e mandar mensgem quase todos os dias para ter uma resposta, pois o descaso lá é total. NUNCA IREI RECOMENDAR
