★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de dar 5 estrelas. Mas, por causa do ocorrido durante a entrega, e, por causa da loja se recusar a ouvir minha reclamação, não posso! Comprei 10 caixas de porcelanato. Paguei 150 reais de frete.E, por causa de 2 degraus , o entregador se recusou a colocar as caixas em minha sala. Deixando o material exposto à chuva de ontem ( 19/ 01/2022).Em paralelo, fiz uma compra na Leroy R$ 1.400,00 , mesmo valor pago pelo porcelanato. Frete: ( Leroy 68,00 e eles colocaram o cimento dentro de minha casa). Realmente, precisa melhorar as tratativas com o cliente, de vendas e pós venda.!!!
I would like to give 5 stars. But because of what happened during delivery, and because the store refuses to listen to my complaint, I can't! I bought 10 porcelain tile boxes. I paid 150 reais for shipping. And, because of 2 steps, the delivery man refused to put the boxes in my room. Leaving the material exposed to yesterday's rain (01/19/2022). In parallel, I made a purchase at Leroy for R$ 1,400.00, the same amount paid for the porcelain tile. Shipping: (Leroy 68.00 and they put the cement inside my house). Really, it needs to improve the dealings with the customer, sales and after sales.!!!
