 Nice place, small due to customer demand. Tasty and varied food. I noticed that the waiters do not know their menu well or are not well trained. Very salty price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sanduíche é o melhor da região, mas o atendimento no salão é deficiente e definitivamente não estão preparados para atender dias de pico de pedidos pq sempre extrapolam no tempo de entrega.
Já cheguei a fazer um pedido em um sábado às 21:27h e só fui receber quase 00h pq eu cobrei a demora depois de mais de 1h, aí foram se dar conta de q meu pedido não tinha chegado na cozinha...
Mas sendo justa, no meu último pedido feito em uma sexta, levou 30min entre o pedido e a entrega...
The sandwich is the best in the region, but the service in the salon is poor and they are definitely not prepared to handle peak days of orders because they always go beyond the delivery time.
I've already placed an order on a Saturday at 9:27 pm and I only received it almost at midnight because I covered the delay after more than 1 hour, then they realized that my order hadn't arrived in the kitchen...
But being fair, in my last order placed on a Friday, it took 30min between ordering and delivery...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento e ambiente legal. Gostei o fato do cardápio ser em QR code e o pedido ser feito totalmente online. Ambiente agradável, embora pequeno. Hambúrguer muito bom.
Service and legal environment. I liked the fact that the menu was in QR code and the order was made completely online. Nice atmosphere, although small. Very good burger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido no balcão. Esperei por horas até quase 01h da madrugada, quando fui novamente lá para pegar meu dinheiro de volta. A loja falava que meu pedido estava com o motoqueiro e o motoqueiro falava que não tinha pedido nenhum com ele. Resultado... Dormimos com fome. Uma decepção esse lugar.
I ordered at the counter. I waited for hours until almost 1 am, when I went there again to get my money back. The store said my order was with the biker and the biker said he hadn't ordered any with him. Result... We slept hungry. This place is a disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida é maravilhosa, incontestável, preço um pouco acima da média porém o sabor justifica. entretanto, lanchonete vazia e mesmo assim demora entre 40 minutos pra sair o lanche, e as atendentes não tem simpatia, cordialidade. Parece que estão de má vontade. Vc levanta a mão pra pedir uma sobremesa, e eles já trazem a conta. Sem nem verificar se é isso mesmo ou se a pessoa precisa de mais alguma bebida. Atendimento simplesmente deixa a desejar.
Food is wonderful, undeniable, price a little above average, but the flavor justifies it. however, the cafeteria is empty and even so it takes 40 minutes to get a snack, and the attendants are not sympathetic, cordial. Looks like they're grudgingly. You raise your hand to order dessert, and they'll bring you the check. Without even checking if that's right or if the person needs another drink. Service simply leaves something to be desired.
