Very good experience. It is, for sure, one of the main sights of Carmo de Minas. The coffee farm is huge and you can extract a lot of knowledge from the guides and experts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo passei pelas fazendas de café, indico a todos a fazer. O nosso guia foi o Gabriel, ele faz um ótimo trabalho, ele nos da outra visão da produção de café e seu real valor. Tanto Gabriel e todos da Uniq estão de parabéns pelo trabalho. No final do passei além de um bom café, tem uma mesa com o bom pão de queijo e o bolo de fubá mineiro.
Great I went through the coffee farms, I recommend everyone to do. Our guide was Gabriel, he does a great job, he gives us another view of coffee production and its real value. Both Gabriel and everyone at Uniq are to be congratulated for the work. At the end of the tour, besides a good coffee, there is a table with the good cheese bread and the cornmeal cake.

Durante o passeio o monitor conta histórias do café, fa região, sobre o café. Ocorrem algumas paradas em mirantes para apreciarmos a vista das fazendas. Chegamos a uma fazenda para provar cafes e tomar café fa manhã com queijo, pão de queijo e bolo. Em fevereiro de 2018 o passeio custa R$100,00 por pessoa. O percurso é todo em estrada de terra bem acidentada. Melhor fazer com eles pra poupar seu carro.
The coffee route is a UNIQUE sightseeing tour in São Lourenço MG. Visit the rural region of Carmo de Minas, city of coffee farms. During the tour the monitor tells stories of the coffee, the region, about coffee. There are some stops at lookouts to enjoy the view of the farms. We arrived at a farm to taste coffees and have breakfast each morning with cheese, cheese bread and cake. In February 2018 the tour costs $ 100.00 per person. The route is all on a very bumpy dirt road. Better do it with them to spare your car.

Very cool experience to be able to understand more about the special coffee and its history in the region and visit the plantations and understand the whole route until it reaches the cup. It was something very enriching that made me very interested in the highest quality coffee. It is worth it!

Também adquirimos uma aula sobre técnicas de preparo e fizemos uma experiência sensorial. Foi servido um lanchinho super saboroso na sede da fazenda, onde pudemos ainda apreciar um museu pessoal, bem cuidado e muito interessante. Guia e motorista educados e solícitos. Ponto fraco é o transporte (micro ônibus muito velho e barulhento). Vale a experiência.
Very pleasant walk through the Carmo de Minas region to visit a coffee production farm. We also acquired a class on preparation techniques and had a sensory experience. A super tasty snack was served at the farm's headquarters, where we could still enjoy a personal museum, well maintained and very interesting. Polite and helpful guide and driver. Weak point is transportation (very old and noisy minibus). Worth the experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma pena não termos conseguido realizar o passeio. Foi difícil a comunicação com a Fazenda. Tentamos por dois dias seguidos realizar o passeio e no segundo dia, chegamos ao local marcado atrasados 10 minutos e não nos esperaram. Era um passeio particular, não entendi pq não esperaram 10 minutos se estávamos conversando pelo WhatsApp e falamos que estávamos do lado, a caminho. Foi frustrante e perdemos a oportunidade de realizar outros passeios por isso. Foram embora e não responderam mais as mensagens.
Too bad we didn't manage to do the tour. Communication with the farm was difficult. We tried for two days in a row to carry out the tour and on the second day, we arrived at the marked place 10 minutes late and did not wait for us. It was a private tour, I didn't understand why they didn't wait 10 minutes if we were chatting on WhatsApp and said we were on the side, on the way. It was frustrating and we missed the opportunity to do other tours for that. They left and did not answer the messages anymore.
