★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a experiência não foi boa. Estamos em um grupo onde a reserva foi feita para a véspera de ano novo. No dia o tempo estava ruim e pediram
para retornar depois, quando retornamos informaram que a lancha já havia saído e remarcamos para o ano. No ano novo, ao chegarmos no ponto, informaram que o estavam com o marinheiro doente e que estavam buscando outro. Nesse mesmo tempo saiu um outro grupo. Ou seja, falta de organização! Infelizmente não recomendo.

In the new year, when we got to the point, they informed that they had the sick sailor and that they were looking for another one. At the same time, another group came out. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lancha estava acima da capacidade, 2 pessoas tiveram que ir com as pernas dobradas.
Mas o principal problema foi a falta de zelo e hospitalidade, na lancha havia um parafuso para fora e um dos passageiros cortou o pé ao embarcar. Não foi prestado qualquer socorro durante ao após a viagem, estancamos o sangramento com uma camiseta, a responsável da agência não prestou esclarecimentos, ignorou mensagens e sequer se desculpou conosco.
O acidente poderia facilmente ser evitado com um bom senso ou com uma simples inspeção por parta da agência , falta de zelo . Mas não prestar suporte nem durante ou após a viagem ou se desculpar , sequer por mensagem , é inaceitável , demonstra total falta de responsabilidade. Abandonar um tripulante ferido, algo inedito em minhas viagens.
The speedboat was over capacity, 2 people had to go with their legs bent.
But the main problem was the lack of zeal and hospitality, in the speedboat there was a screw out and one of the passengers cut his foot when boarding. No help was provided during or after the trip, we stopped the bleeding with a t-shirt, the agency responsible did not provide clarification, ignored messages and even apologized to us.
The accident could easily be avoided with common sense or with a simple inspection by the agency, lack of zeal. But not providing support during or after the trip or apologizing, even by message, is unacceptable, it shows a total lack of responsibility. Abandoning an injured crew member, something unheard of in my travels.

Fizemos a reserva com um mês de antecedência, um dia antes da viagem eu tive que entrar em contato 3 vezes com a colaboradora, é só fui atendido porque liguei para ela, ela disse que a viagem estava tudo certa para saída no outro dia as 09h00. No dia seguindo as 06h ela mandou o estorno do pagamento, falando que a lancha havia quebrado que desde o dia anterior eles estavam providenciando o conserto da lancha. Mas a mesma colaboradora disse que estava tudo certo, ou seja, incoerência e falta de transparência. A colaboradora não deu uma solução, eu tive que entrar em contato com outras agências até que eu consegui para o outro dia, o responsável pela outra agência informou que diversos turistas já passaram pela mesma situação, aliás, turistas que foram com a gente no outro dia informaram que em outra o ocasião passaram pelo mesmo problema.
A gente se planejou para fazer esse passeio com antecedência e lida com uma situação dessas é desgastante.
Minha dica para você turista, orcem com outras agências, em última instância, acionem a Rota do Surf.
Conversei com a colaboradora e não basta apenas fazer o estorno, a gente gasta: transporte, hotel, alimentação e se estressa, ainda iremos buscar meios legais e/ou judiciais e expor toda situação dessa agência.

We made the reservation a month in advance, the day before the trip I had to contact the employee 3 times, I was only answered because I called her, she said that the trip was all right to leave the other day at 9:00 am . On the day following 06:00, she sent a refund of the payment, saying that the speedboat had broken down and that since the previous day they had been repairing the speedboat. But the same employee said that everything was fine, that is, inconsistency and lack of transparency. The employee did not provide a solution, I had to get in touch with other agencies until I got it for the other day, the person in charge of the other agency informed that several tourists had already gone through the same situation, in fact, tourists who went with us the other day day they reported that on another occasion they had the same problem.
We planned to do this tour in advance and dealing with such a situation is exhausting.
My tip for you tourist, budget with other agencies, ultimately activate the Surf Route.
I talked to the employee and it is not enough to just make the chargeback, we spend: transportation, hotel, food and if we get stressed, we will still seek legal and/or judicial means and expose all the situation of this agency.
