★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transporte péssimo! Microônibus anda lotado com o dobro da capacidade de lotação e sem manutenção preventiva, e por conta disso no dia 28/12/2020 o disco de freio do pneu da frente simplesmente quebrou e cortou o pneu, por sorte estava em baixa velocidade no momento do ocorrido.
Lousy transport! The minibus is packed with double the capacity and without preventive maintenance, and because of this on 12/28/2020 the brake disc of the front tire simply broke and cut the tire, luckily it was at low speed at the time of occurred.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. O ônibus pregou no meio do caminho. Mandaram 2 ônibus em seguida para buscar os passageiros, mas ambos estavam lotados. Me recusei a entrar pois não paguei para ir em pé carregando mochila pesada. A empresa não oferece a possibilidade de extorno nesses casos. Ou seja, se o ônibus pregar no meio do caminho, só resta ao passageiro esperar o próximo e ir em pé. Eles não fazem a devida manutenção dos ônibus e ainda por cima superlotam a capacidade máxima de pessoas, pois várias pessoas vieram em pé. O empresário visa o lucro ao invés do bem-estar do passageiro. Venham de vãn que é mais barato e pelo menos elas não pregam no meio da viagem (eu acho!).
Terrible. The bus nailed halfway. They sent 2 buses in a row to pick up passengers, but both were full. I refused to go in because I didn't pay to go standing carrying a heavy backpack. The company does not offer the possibility of expulsion in these cases. In other words, if the bus preaches in the middle of the way, the passenger only has to wait for the next one and go standing. They do not properly maintain the buses and, on top of that, they overcrowd the maximum capacity of people, as several people came standing up. The entrepreneur seeks profit rather than passenger well-being. Come by van which is cheaper and at least they don't preach in the middle of the trip (I think!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma palhaçada essa empresa, quem fica na dependência dessa empresa vive se ferrando pq a frota vive se atrasando. Agora o guichê de Castanhal deu pra ficar sem vendedor na hora do almoço, ao invés de intervalarem o turno durante esse horário, quem tem que voltar pra casa NÃO pode pq fica na dependência deles. E isso é todo santo dia.
This company is a joke, whoever is dependent on this company is always screwed up because the fleet is always late. Now Castanhal's window has been left without a salesperson at lunchtime, instead of taking a break during this time, those who have to go home CANNOT because they are dependent on them. And that's every single day.
