★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Fiz um pedido e paguei pelo molho extra de pimenta, quando o pedido chegou não vieram os potinhos do molho extra. Então prontamente liguei para o restaurante que me informou que o molho extra de pimenta havia sido colocado no sanduíche, quando argumentei com a atendente que eles não tinham o direito de resolver o quanto de molho eu colocaria em meu sanduíche a mesma respondeu de forma grossa e tom alterado que essa era a política do restaurante! Eu nunca vi isso do restaurante decidir o que e como colocar algo na comida do cliente. E ainda levar grito da atendente foi demais para mim. Nunca mais Rota oito dois, nem indo lá e nem pedindo pra entrega! Nunca nenhum estabelecimento me desrespeitou tanto!
 Terrible attendance! I placed an order and paid for the extra pepper sauce, when the order arrived, the extra sauce pots didn't come. So I promptly called the restaurant that informed me that the extra pepper sauce had been put on the sandwich, when I argued with the attendant that they had no right to decide how much sauce I would put on my sandwich, she answered in a thick and altered tone that that was the restaurant policy! I never saw it from the restaurant deciding what and how to put something in the customer's food. And even being shouted by the attendant was too much for me. Never again Route eight two, neither going there nor asking for delivery! Never has any establishment disrespected me so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanduíche saboroso, ambiente legal, porém o local peca em não oferecer maioneses para os clientes, eles alegam que é a proposta deles, para que seja possível sentir mais o sabor do sanduíche... Na minha opinião isso deve ser opção do cliente.
Tasty sandwich, cool ambience, however the place fails to offer mayonnaise to customers, they claim that it is their proposal, so that it is possible to feel more the flavor of the sandwich ... In my opinion this should be the client's option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor é o de gorgonzola. Eu estava procurando uma hamburgueria tão boa quanto a do parmegianno e achei a rota oito dois burger. O hambúrguer é uma delícia, o pão bem macio e gostoso, queijo de boa qualidade, bacon na medida... Recomendo!
The best is gorgonzola. I was looking for a hamburger as good as the parmegianno and found the route eight two burger. The hamburger is delicious, the bread very soft and yummy, cheese of good quality, bacon to the measure ... Highly recommend!
